REPAIR AND RETURNS

Bonclé will accept returns for orders for refund in their original condition within 14 days of delivery of your order. Returned goods must also include the original box, dust bag, and original tags attached. Goods with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return.

If you would like to request a return, please fill out the form with your email address and invoice number.

THE BUYER CANNOT WITHDRAW FROM THE PURCHASE CONTRACT IF THE HANDBAG IS MADE TO ORDER.

Bonclé reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.

THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS.  Please be aware that original shipping costs and duties and taxes are non–refundable.

If the return is accepted, your refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase or directly to the bank account you state in the return form.
